Business Consulting, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Selling KnightWorks is a Miami-based business development agency that combines a business consulting practice, strategic business planning, an integrated marketing agency and a strategic selling service through one central source, Ray Knight. I work directly with "C" Level Executives and business owners to build and improve their businesses by creating and implementing strategies to energize their companies externally and internally. Specializing in all aspects of business development consulting, integrated marketing communication, and outsource marketing. Over 25 Years of Experience KnightWorks offers over 25 years of business development, marketing, sales, customer/vendor service experience in the U.S., Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, Latin America, Europe and Australia. Senior Executive positions in both privately-held and public companies combined with marketing consulting assignments have been successfully completed in over 23 industries in two languages (English & Spanish) and 8 countries and several Caribbean islands.

Business Development From our vantage point, business development assignments include efforts that are focused internally within the client company and externally within the market environment. Using a SWOT analysis, ( Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) methodology, we define the areas of greatest strategic and tactical importance and develop options and alternatives as part of a documented course of action. Event and Trade Show Planning In any industry, trade shows, conferences and seminars provide an excellent opportunity to achieve multiple objectives and developing or furthering corporate momentum. We have worked with clients on the development of strategy and tactics, advance communications, booth design, presentation development, vendor coordination, staff training, show execution, client surveying and post-show analysis, training and strategic planning. Over the years, we have worked to achieve one of, or several of the following objectives that these opportunities offer. Public and Trade Relations KnightWorks has formulated strategies, campaigns, content, releases and produced releases for a variety of clients in several industries using both traditional and online distribution sources. We have targeted and secured stories and placements in local, regional and national publications, local, regional and international online websites and trade journals and sites in several businesses. KnightWorks has also developed programs to maximize the impact of that press through reprints, website updates, email campaigns, trade show graphics and sales tool inclusions. For selected clients, we have translated that exposure into a low-cost source of new prospect, client and strategic alliance acquisitions. Consultative and Strategic Selling Techniques KnightWorks practices what it preaches in using consultative and strategic selling techniques to acquire new clients for my business and for my clients' businesses. I have undertaken consultative and strategic selling assignments in various industries by working with existing sales forces, hiring and training new sales forces and helping to hone existing sales management skills. Assignments have included, but are not limited to, the following examples: analysis of lead generation methods and results; analysis and development of discovery processes and information capture systems/contact management programs; buyer and non-buyer surveys to determine sales strengths and weaknesses; sales training on non-manipulative sales methodologies; use of third party sales/behavioral analysis systems for existing and new recruits: review, development and testing of new proposal and RFP formats, and the design, development, testing and implementation of new sales tools, processes, and presentation strategies. Interactive Marketing Over the last five years KnightWorks has been involved in the following areas of interactive marketing: Interactive kiosks; internet kiosks; on-screen ATM advertising; Internet research, strategy and web development; online marketing, online advertising, e-Mail marketing, business-to-business e-Commerce; business-to-consumer e-Commerce; business-to-industry (marketplaces) portals and e-Commerce; search engine research and planning; Flash site development; Intranet site development; site design and redesign; site analysis and multilingual site development and/or expansion.
