Complete Exhaust Package Ready to Ship or Install Custom built or off the shelf, our exhaust products are built to provide maximum continuous performance. We work exclusively with certified 316L stainless steel. Our flanges are turned and finished on-site. All water jacketed parts are purge welded to ensure the integrity of the welds. For insulating your new exhaust we can finish with a hard coat lagging or build a removable blanket.
Custom Pipes in the Shortest Amount of Time We stock some of the more common water cooled elbows and have component parts ready to build your custom pipes in the shortest amount of time. Hose and Clamps Silicon Hose This unique layer of hose is made of fume and chemical resistant premium silicone rubber. It is reinforced with 3 ply woven polyester fabric. The outer layer of silicone resists the effects of oil splash, temperature extremes, vibration, and age hardening. This hose stays flexible and outlasts ordinary hose by years. Hump Hose This premium blue wet exhaust hose is designed for main engine wet exhaust pipe connections. Designed to relieve angular and longitudinal vibration in marine wet exhaust systems. Will also correct slightly offset pipes, and resists temps of up to 350 degrees. T-Bolt Clamps All of the clamps are 18-8 stainless steel, and are designed to assure proper coupling retention for large I.D. marine hose. T-bolt clamps offer a full 360 degree clamping surface. Corrugated Black Hose This hose is to be used in marine water and wet exhaust applications. Traditionally designed for intake, bilge discharge, toilet and holding tank connections, scupper line. This can also be used for marine wet exhaust where connection requires a long length, or where a connection requires a significant bend.
Thermal Blankets We offer pre-made or custom thermal blankets that provide you with cooler more efficient engine rooms, as well as providing you with personal protection. We carry a large stock of pre-made removable blankets, and are always ready to make custom fit blankets as well. We also offer the latest permanently applied hard lag insulation coated with a fire retardant resin.
