The Miami Yacht Club is an informal Club located on Watson Island just North of Government Cut. The location is a great gateway to lower Biscayne Bay, the Keys and the Bahamas to the East. Because members operate the Club (with a couple of paid staff) , dues and storage fees are kept at very affordable levels. Dry storage is available along with a limited number of wet slips. The Club offers Youth and Adult Sailing programs, Racing, hosts Regattas and sponsors Sea Explorer Ship 1927 and Community Service. Our members frequently form cruising trips to the Keys and the Bahamas. We are looking for friendly people and expect everyone who joins to take an active role. Our General meeting is usually held at 8 PM on the third Friday night of the month. Call the office for details.
