Teak Decking and Flooring Products Teak Deck Company is fabricating and selling ready to install teak decking and flooring products for boat owners, manufacturers and professional installers. Our prefabricated products, like Standard Teak Deck Panels and Custom Teak Deck Panels save installation time and money for boat owners and professionals. Prefabricated panels also greatly reduce working time on boat, making whole process much smoother for all parties. Installation is available through us in South Florida or our subcontractors, many products can be installed by skilled boat owner or by your local professional boat carpenter.

We constantly invest in product development, because "this is how it was done before" just doesn't mean it was done right. On the other hand we never promote new products before they are proven to take the toughest test by Mother Nature and demand of all our valued customers.
All our Teak Deck Panels have these great advantages:
Always keep in mind that wearing thickness of teak deck is only as thick as the depth of caulking seam or the wood plug above screw head. Our decks have full 1/2" wearing thickness, comparable to 3/4" or thicker grooved decking. Standard Teak Deck Panels Standard Teak Deck Panels can be installed by skilled owner or your local professional boat carpenter. Panels are ready to cut and fit to deck. Standard Panels are 1/2" thick, planks are 1 13/16" wide and seam is 3/16". This 2" plank/seam width will make it easy to lay out your deck. Panels are 23 13/16" wide, which is perfect size for single handed installation. Panel lengths are from 5 to 10 feet. This will help to reduce waste, just plan layout before ordering your Teak Deck Panels. Custom Teak Deck Panels Our custom fabricated Teak Deck Panels are made to your exact measurements and templates. Just about any dimensioning, plank width, thickness and seam width are made to your specification. Panels may include ready made borders or hatch frames for superior custom look. Installation service available by us in south Florida, elsewhere contact your local professional boat carpenter for installation. He can template your deck and we will prefabricate our ready to install Teak Deck Panels, tell your pro to contact us for more information. Special Teak Deck Caulk Our Teak Deck Caulk is formulated for permanent flexibility and superior UV resistance. No teak deck is better than seam material. Re-caulking teak decks is no fun, anybody who has been there knows. Caulking is actually one of the big risks on your deck, failing seam means trouble. Our Teak Deck Caulk has been extensively tested for this purpose, it has been compared to every product in market and it was found to perform better than all the others. Picture on right shows how seam failed under extensive stretch, this would never happen in real installation, but we test our products until they fail. That is the difference between knowing and guessing. Please note that caulking itself broke, but it did not come off from teak, adhesion to teak is superior. Teak Deck Planking We will mill and sell 100% vertical grain teak deck planking. Standard size is 1 13/16" wide by 1/2" thick, lengths from 4 up to 16 feet. Other sizes milled to your specification. We no longer use or sell grooved deck planks as they only have half of usable thickness and there are only few reasonable applications for this type of planking.
Solid Teak Flooring For really gorgeous inside flooring, we have solid teak material, easy to install over existing sub-deck. This decking is 5/8" thick, 2 3/4" wide and 1 1/2 to 5 1/2 feet random lengths, tongue and groove on sides and ends, ready to install flooring material. This is DIY for owner with basic woodworking skills. Big benefit of solid teak flooring is that it can be sanded and refinished many times and all those dents and dings can be fixed without replacing entire flooring.
